A calm space to learn, ask questions, and explore at your own pace

You may have been reading about Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and wondering whether it could help.

Or maybe you’ve been carrying anxiety, emotional exhaustion, overwhelm, trauma, or the effects of long-term stress for quite some time—and are looking for a different kind of support.

These monthly information sessions offer a gentle, no-pressure space to learn more about Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), ask questions, and explore whether this work may be a fit for you.

What We’ll Explore

During these small monthly sessions, we’ll talk about:

What Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is

  • How KAP works alongside therapy
  • What preparation and integration look like
  • Who this work may support
  • Safety, pacing, and nervous system considerations
  • Common questions about the process

If you are receiving ketamine treatment elsewhere or exploring psychedelic experiences outside of this practice, we can also discuss whether Psychedelic Integration Therapy may be a better fit.

There will also be space for questions and reflection.

Brief Overview of KAP

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, or KAP, combines prescribed ketamine with psychotherapy support from a licensed mental health clinician.

  • What KAP is: KAP is a structured therapy process that pairs ketamine treatment with preparation, support, and integration.
  • How therapy supports the process: Ketamine is prescribed and medically managed by a separate medical provider. Psychotherapy helps create safety, meaning, and continuity before and after the ketamine experience.
  • What preparation and integration mean: Preparation helps you understand the process and set intentions. Integration helps you reflect on insights and bring them into daily life.
  • How an information session is different from treatment: An information session is educational only. It is a calm place to learn, ask questions, and consider whether KAP may be worth exploring further.
